The July 2019 School Holiday Programme:

Years 1-3

Years 4-6

Children will have the opportunity to participate in both structured and non-structured activities. This will be a combination of craft and recreational activities. Please make sure that you record information correctly on the enrolment forms below:

WEEK 1 – Years 1-3
Monday 8th July – If we can fold it, can we make it fly? Today we will try to discover the aerodynamics of aeroplane making and paper dart folding. 
Tuesday 9th July – Children will be able to view one of the latest releases showing at the Cinemas, followed by a colouring competition in the afternoon
Wednesday 10th July – Sock Fun. Bring out the creative puppet making skills, along with puppet shows in the afternoon. 
Thursday 11th July – If you like to climb and have fun on an amazing playground, come along today, as we will spend some time at the amazing Adventure Land at Extreme Edge.
Friday 12th July – Tick Tock Clock Time! Children will make their own clock to take home to hang on their bedroom wall. No more excuses for not waking up on time.
WEEK 2 – Years 1-3
Monday 15th July – A mixed craft day using all our cupboard resources, wool, cardboard, glue, pipe cleaners and more.
Tuesday 16th July – Have you ever wanted to make pizzas like the professionals? Today is the day! We will make our way down to Goode Brothers, and put together some amazing pizzas to be cooked in their pizza oven. Children will not need to bring lunch today.
Wednesday 17th July – Its music to our ears, but maybe not in winter! The rain-makers will more than certainly bring some drops of rain over the holiday time when the children use them all together.
Thursday 18th July – Children will be able to exert some energy at Jump. Children must have jump socks to wear whilst at the venue and bring a water bottle.
Friday 19th July – Enjoy decorating a cookie box in the morning and baking in the afternoon.
WEEK 1 – Years 4-6
Monday 8th July – Children will be able to view one of the latest releases showing at the Cinemas, followed by a colouring competition in the afternoon.
Tuesday 9th July – A baking day with a difference as you will prepare hot soup and scones for the children who are attending skating on Wednesday. You will not go home empty handed as in the afternoon you will be making donuts.
Wednesday 10th July – With winter upon us it is time to venture down to Paradice Ice Skating. Dress warm and bring a change of clothing. Children will have hot soup and fresh homemade scones upon return.
Thursday 11th July –Tapa cloth is a traditional textile from the islands in the South Pacific. Today children will design their own Tapa cloth, with the use of paper and dye.
Friday 12th July – If you like to climb and challenge yourself, come along today, as we will spend some time at the amazing Clip and Climb.
WEEK 2 – Years 4-6
Monday 15th July – We are off to the games arcade. Enjoy challenging your friends on the old style space invaders, or simply try your hand at some of the games.
Tuesday 16th July – If it has a screen, and you enjoy using it, you may bring it to school. We will set ourselves up in the library and have a tech type of day followed by a movie in the afternoon.
Wednesday 17th July – Have you ever wanted to make pizzas like the professionals? Today is the day! We will make our way down to Goode Brothers, and put together some amazing pizzas to be cooked in their pizza oven. Children will not need to bring lunch today.
Thursday 18th July – A creative jewellery-making day, using all our cupboard resources, wool, cardboard, glue, pipe cleaners and more. 
Friday 19th July – Children will be able to exert some energy at Jump. Children must have jump socks to wear whilst at the venue and bring a water bottle.
